On 7th March, Ambassador Thorir Ibsen met with Mr. Gao Feng Special Envoy on Arctic Affairs of Ministry of Foreign Affairs of PRC. They discussed Arctic cooperation between Iceland and China and the implications of the Russian invasion in Ukraine on the Arctic Council.
