The Embassy of Iceland in Washington DC is looking for a full-time driver/handyman

The Embassy of Iceland in Washington DC is looking for a new team member to fill the position of full-time driver/handyman.

Applicants must be US citizens or have a residence permit and work authorization in the United States (green card).

Standard working hours will be 40 hours per week with considerable overtime during visits and events.

Salary will be based on qualifications and prior experience.

The work will include:

• Driving the Head of the Embassy and others as required.
• Ensuring that the Embassy’s vehicle is kept clean and serviced.
• Residence and office maintenance.
• Assisting in the residence as needed and directed, including preparing for and assisting before, during, and after events.
