Nordic Embassies in China Celebrating the Nordic Day

March 23rd every year is the annual Nordic Day. To mark this occasion, the Embassies of the five Nordic countries in China partnered with Kuaishou the short video platform to host a Nordic Lunch live-streaming event. Representatives from Nordic countries introduced online audiences to the unique food and culinary traditions of Iceland, Denmark, Finland, Norway, and Sweden. Kristín Aranka Þorsteinsdóttir, head of consular and visa services from Embassy of Iceland presented Icelandic pancake to the audience. She also promoted Icelandic culture and cuisine to the audience and to share a taste of Iceland with them.
