Take Action to End Gender-Based Violence

Yesterday, the Embassy of Iceland was illuminated in an orange glow in support to ending violence against women. Elimination of gender-based violence is our top priority. Not just during the16 Days of Activism but every day. Together we must tackle the root causes and stop the violence.  

Ms. Inga Petursdottir, Deputy Head of Mission (DHoM) of the Embassy of Iceland, attended the Unite to End Violence Against Women and Girls event organised by UN Women in Beijing.
