Congratulation to Obama on his re-election

The Prime Minister of Iceland has sent a letter to the re-elected President of the United States, Barack Obama, in light of the results in the presidential elections in the United States yesterday. 

Iceland and the United States have enjoyed a longstanding friendship for decades and in the letter the Prime Minister emphasises the continuation of this good cooperation, both bilaterally and in the international arena.
