Ambassador Guðni Bragason Presents Credentials in Nepal.

Ambassador Guðni Bragason presented his credential to H. E. Bidhya Devi Bhandari, President of Nepal on 21st October 2022 in Kathmandu. After the ceremony Ambassador Bragason brought up the importance of human rights and gender equality, including the cooperation of Nepal and Iceland through the UNESCO Gender Training Programme in Reykjavík. The first expert from Nepal attended the Programme in 2021. The Ambassador also discussed sustainable development, the utilisation of renewable energy resources and tourism.
