Icelandic Artists in Varanasi.

Four Icelandic artists introduced their works at an event in Varanasi organised by the Embassy of Iceland in India in cooperation with the Banares Cultural Foundation on 14th October 2023; Einar Falur Ingólfsson, Guðjón Ketilsson, Sigurður Árni Sigurðsson and Sólveig Aðalsteinsdóttir. The Icelandic artists are staying in Varanasi at the invitation of Navneet Ramen and Petra Manefeld owners of the Kriti Galleri and a residence for artists. The event was attended by guests involved in the arts, culture and commerce in the city. Ambassador Guðni Bragason gave an opening address.
