The Ambassador of Iceland, Guðni Bragason met with the Governor of Maharashtra State

The Ambassador of Iceland, Guðni Bragason, met with the Governor of Maharashtra State, H. E. Bhagat Singh Koshyari at the Governor´s Residence in Mumbai on 31st May on the occasion of 50 years of diplomatic relations between Iceland and India. The Ambassador discussed possible cooperation in the utilising geothermal energy in the region, as well as technology in carbon capture. Present were also the Consul General of Iceland in Mumbai, Mr Gul Kripalani and Mr Rahul Chongtham Trade Counsellor.
