Hospitality and Culinary School of Iceland participates in Young Chef Olympiad in India

6th Edition of the Young Chef Olympiad-YCO hosted by the International Institute of Hotel Management and supported by the Ministry of Tourism India at the JawaharLal Nehru Stadium, New Delhi followed by culinary competitions to be held in Goa & Kolkata from 28 January to 02 February 2020.

YCO saw participation from 55 countries worldwide along with participation from Hospitality and Culinary School of Iceland - Young Chef Anton Eli Ingsson & his mentor Hinrik Carl Ellertsson.
