Chief Negotiator of Montenegro meets with Foreign Minister
Össur Skarphéðinsson, Minister for Foreign Affairs, met today with Aleksandar Andrija Pejovic, Chief Negotiator for Negotiations on Accession of Montenegro to the European Union. Pejovic is visiting Iceland to study the work of the Icelandic negotaition committe. The EU Council of Ministers agreed in June 2012 to open accession negotiations with Montenegro.
Pejovic also met with his colleague, Stefán Haukur Jóhannesson, Iceland‘s Chief Negotiator, focusing on the preparation of accession talks and the negotiation process
