Recently, the Ambassador, Thorir Ibsen, had the pleasure and privilege to act as a member of the examination board at the final dissertation defence of BA candidates at Beijing Foreign Studies University (BFSU) studying Icelandic. Other members of the examination board where Professor Hekla Shuhui and Professor Eiríkur Ólafsson. In all, eleven BFSU students defended their BA dissertations. The Embassy of Iceland congratulates them all on their excellent work and wishes them all future success.
