"No Money for Terror“

Iceland participated in the 3rd Ministerial Conference on Counter-Terrorism Financing (No Money for Terror) in New Delhi 18th – 19th of November 2022. Ambassador Guðni Bragason said in his address that the Icelandic authorities fully supported and would do everything in their power to promote increased international cooperation in response to challenges in the fight against counter-terrorism and the financing of such activities. Terrorists strike with the aim of causing fear, undermining democratic societies, the rule of law and our fundamental values of freedom, human rights and tolerance, the Ambassador added.
