Co-creating for a better future: Conference in Iceland on June 1st 2023
During Iceland's chairmanship in the Nordic Council of Ministers, the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labour in Iceland organizes a Nordic conference in Reykjavik on June 1st 2023. The name of the conference is “Co-creating a better future”.
- See programme of the conference here and below.
The conference will discuss the main challenges of today and the future in welfare services for persons with disabilities.
To deal with these challenges, it is among other things necessary to change our mindset, organizational structures, work processes and learn how we can ensure electronic data and service access for persons with disabilities.
We need to be proactive in formulating solutions that make it possible for us to face the challenges the future brings us.
- The conference takes place in Harpa Concert Hall and Conference Center in Reykjavik.
- It is in English and is free of charge.
- The conference is divided into two parts: The first one looks at various futures and the second at the challenges that accompany digital development for people with disabilities. Participants can attend both parts or either one of them.
