Parliamentarians from the member states of the European Free Trade Association (EFTA) visited India 17. – 21 Apil The parliamentarians from Iceland, Ingibjörg Ísaksen and Þorgerður Katrín Gunnarsdóttir, spent their first days in New Delhi along with their colleagues from Liechtenstein, Norway and Switzerland. At an introduction meeting the Ambassadors of the EFTA countries introduced various Indian and bilateral issues. The Icelandic Ambassador, Guðni Bragason, discussed gender equality in India.
